Beginning in June, 2009, Icansoft changed their Policy from 60 Days No Questions Asked to No Refunds Period to no refunds at all .

However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary (if the circumstances are right) and so I will personally refunds if requested within 48 hours of purchase
